“Another great review for eTronics! Erich was responsive and detail-oriented from our first contact to the completed job. Erich did a great job installing and mounting our projector, including some electrical work! The price was great, Erich was on time and extremely professional, and didn’t mind me bugging him with a few questions during install. “I’ve been meaning to write a review about this place, and keep forgetting. Today reminded me just how much I love this place and the staff.
I’ve been living here almost a month now. I have NOTHING bad to say about it at all. First and foremost the manager Michelle has been here 23 years. That in itself is unheard of in this industry. Most management companies rotate managers, this one does not which I love. The manager has an invested interest in making sure this property is in tip top condition, that residents follow rules and everything runs smoothly, and she is on top of it!
Today we had solicitors ringing buzzers trying to gain access to the building. I along with 4 other residents contacted the office. The entire staff was out on property to locate them and escort them out of here. We have signs at every door saying no solicitation and they ignored them and kept ringing buzzers.
Secondly the building is so quiet and well built. I don’t hear my neighbors next door to me when they have music on (can hear in the hallways but not once you are inside the unit). I don’t hear anyone above me or below me. Most everyone that lives here is very respectful and stay to themselves.
We have assigned parking and if you have an issue with someone in your spot the office is on top of it right away as well. I’m serious when I say this management staff IS ON TOP OF IT!
Every morning you see Bill the maintenance man out on his golf cart picking up trash. You never see dog poop in the grass and we have a lot of dogs here.
I could go on and on about this place but long story short, the management and maintenance staff are amazing! The property is older but very well maintained. I can see myself living here for many years and very happy I moved here!

Jimmy’s work is second to none. Jimmy handles the problems immediately and in addition to a problem you might have, he will take the time to check out any other issues a resident might have and fixes those issues as well.

“I have been a resident at Deer Valley Apartment’s in Lake Bluff, Illinois for over 10 years. I have always considered Deer Valley my home due to the cleanliness, maintenance, management staff, and privacy. I have made lifetime friends, not neighbors. My physical condition of having one leg, the SERVICE here has been phenomenal by management which has assisted me in a Better Quality of Life. Also, I have referred others which have moved into our community. The rental rates are fair, especially for me since I am retired on a fixed income. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND renting here.Thank you Deer Valley !!!”

“Update after 3 Years: I have officially lived here 3 years now and have just renewed for a fourth year. I stand by everything I stated below. Rent is extremely fair for apartments of similar quality in the area. The place is QUIET! Yes all apartments have some noise, but I have never had an unreasonably noisy neighbor. Everyone is very friendly. The staff is great! Renewing your lease is easy and hassle free. The maintenance staff goes absolutely above and beyond.Previous comments: I’ve lived here for 1.5 years now. The rent is very fair for the area. The buildings are quiet and well kept. Maintenance staff is very responsive and does a great job. The front office staff is very nice and responsive. They have also been taking the time to update the buildings (new paint, etc) and upkeep the grounds (new flowers, signage, trees, etc.)”
“We just moved in, and this place is perfect for us! Diana from the office was incredibly patient and kind, showing us several units. We decided on the same day, and by the next day, we had the place we wanted. The entire moving process with Diana was fast and smooth, and her quick responses to our questions were fantastic. We’re loving the area with its trees, beautiful pool, 24 hour access gym area and clean, well-secured organized surroundings—it really feels like a premium or luxury community!”
“I recently completed a move-in process, and the management at the front office was helpful and curteous throughout. The apartment I am renting is in good condition, with new carpet in the bedroom and new cabinetry. I read many of the reviews prior to choosing this place and I have not experienced any particular issues with noise or general disrepair. Neighbors have been either friendly or kept to themselves, which is great. Since being here, the garbage collection area has also been rebuilt and cleaned. The only things I can think to complain about are the occasional large spider and the AC being a bit loud, but it makes up for that noise by being very effective.”

“Maintenance here is top notch. I can’t give high enough praises to the two gentlemen that helped with replacing my dishwasher. Not only did I get a new dishwasher (I was expecting some kind of fix to the original one, which was new to begin with) but the gentlemen were polite, considerate, and quick! Not to mention, they had a great sense of humor. They took care of it in about 26 minutes- which is lighting quick.
They even left behind some dish soap for the washer when they were done!

“I have lived here for almost seven years and this place is home. This is the longest I have ever lived in one place so it should say something. There's no perfect situation so let's be honest with ourselves, things happen. However the building is cared for, problems are addressed and handled. You will make friends with the neighbours as you can build your own community here. For what you pay, this place is absolutely worth it. I personally have been through some personal situations, Michelle, the complex director has been very helpful and understanding. During covid, Renee (spelling) even brought packages and left them outside of my door. Just wanted to give a fair and realistic review. If you are looking for a place that you can call home, don't look any further.”
