Beyond wonderful experience, as always. Jack, the manager is beyond wonderful and eager to please. Ordered a Tempur Pedic which turned out not to be right for me. Jack was eager to see me comfortable and we together had my try out other mattresses. Finally, found a Stearns and Foster that is so comfortable. Thank you, Jack, for your super personal care. I highly recommend Mattress Firm in Buffalo Grove, Illinois. You won't regret your decision. Thank you American Mattress and many, many thanks, Jack!

My husband and I went here today to buy our very first mattress, and Jack couldn't have been more helpful. Not only was he incredibly friendly and personable, but he really knew what he was talking about when it came to selecting a mattress. I could tell he genuinely wanted us to buy the best mattress for us, rather than trying to upsell us on one. Very pleasant shopping experience, and I love that it's a family owned business!

This place is run by incompetent morons who don’t understand that things come in different sizes. When your order finally shows up it will be wrong, so you’ll have to reject it and waste a bunch of time trying to correct their stupid mistakes. Go someplace else!

Jack the manager goes above and beyond. Excellent selection of mattresses with different price points and toppers. I came in with my elderly parents (one with alzheimer's who recent fell out of bed) to test out different height combinations. Jack was kind, patient (in listening to our needs and challenges) and most of all compassionate to our situation. We left buying what we needed and Jack has us as customers for life! Great salesperson and store. Thank you American Mattress for having a sales manager who truly cares about customers.

My boyfriend and I are on the hunt for a new king mattress. We read the reviews on this store and they were super promising, so we checked it out. Matt was working there today and he was absolutely fabulous. Had the best personality, was very informative on the different types of brands/beds, super down to earth guy. He didn’t make us feel like we had to buy a bed right then and there (like other stores we’ve been to.) He listened to our needs and wants and helped us choose the perfect bed for us. We will be back in a few weeks to make our purchase. Excellent customer service, thanks Matt!

We had a great shopping experience at the American Mattress store in Buffalo Grove. We had a constraint of a narrow staircase to transfer the mattress upstairs.Jack listened carefully our requirements and recommended mattresses which will meet our requirements. We arrived late in the store on Sunday evening. But Jack kept the store open late hours for us.A good salesman is one, instead of selling an expensive product, he feels the customers requirements and sells the products which best suits the customers requirements. Jack is on of them.Mattress was delivered in 4 days. We are very satisfied with our shopping experience. We will definitely recommend this store to our friends.
