Mickey and his team got my truck into the shop, diagnosed, and fixed within 24 hours from when I dropped it off. Communication was excellent. Mickey called me first thing in the morning (truck was dropped off after hours the night before) and told me what his team had found, what my options were, and what the price would be to fix it properly. If you’re looking a mechanical team that is honest, knowledgeable, work fast/efficiently, and keep you updated through every step of the process- this is the place. I recently had a negative experience with another shop in the area (no communication, false promises, and hundreds of dollars added onto the price without my knowledge until the work had been completed). The customer service here and quality of work was a night and day difference. I can’t say enough good about these guys and they have earned a very satisfied repeat customer for whatever future work may come my way.

I'm a hot shot driver . I lost a front wheel bearing on I24 at 2:30a.m. I found Jacob's Mechanical on the internet 24 hour service. Gave them a call Mickie the owner got out of bed scooped me up with a wrecker dropped me of in Metropolis repaired my vehicle and had me back on the road by hotel check out Jacob's Mchanical saved the day. I rate Jacobs Towing 5 stars hands down no questions asked. My car was unable to be driven. Jacobs Towing quickly answered my phone call, promptly showed up to rescue me and my sister from standing in the rain. Great prices, friendly service, amazing in all aspects. If ever anyone I know or me needs services again, Jacobs Towing will get my call and business.
