I scheduled an appointment for passport services - Haseena was wonderful! She was patient with processing my application, taking my photo and answering all of my questions. She (and Nicole!) even helped me resolve a mail issue I hadn’t addressed for quite a while (which was completely my own fault). Such a pleasant experience!

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at this post office.

I returned home from work today after a 3 inch heavy, wet snow event. I started clearing the slush off of our porch, which has 5 steps from sidewalk level, and found our mail, totally soaked, with a note attached, laying on the top step of our porch. The note thanked us for clearing our stairs, which my disabled wife could not do, and it explained that it can be a hazard to the carriers. I get that. But years earlier, the Brookfield post office told us that it is now required to put a mail box at ground level. We did that. It is still there. About two feet from where this idiot dumped our mail. We later learned that the ground level mailbox was not required and was just a lie someone at the Brookfield post office made up. I dont know who authorized tossing the mail into the slush . whether it was the carrier themselves or perhaps the same liar that scammed us into installing the ground level mailbox. But it is only common sense that if the mail cannot be safely delivered on a particular day , that maybe it should be delivered the next day instead of tossing it into slush. This experience, combined with the common experience of receiving other peoples mail and them receiving ours, has me totally disgusted with the U.S. post office and those responsible at the Brookfield post office. The bills that I still pay by check will now be paid electronically and I will never send a package with USPS again. I think the sooner they fade away the better for all of us.

I’ve been going to this post office for years and it’s been terrible service almost every time. Employees are rude, condescending and unprofessional. I am actively recording each time I go there. Not sure why. There will be no accountability no matter how many complaints they get. Sad.

I've lived in Brookfield for decades and have never had a good experience with this post office. I need a job there so I too can be a jerk and treat people like garbage.

my favorite part of your service is you guys sticking my paychecks in slots on the doors of random business or not delivering it at all, so I have to take time out of my day to pick my mail up on a hold, but then youre randomly closed at 2 pm on a monday due to staffing issues. I pay my taxes now do your part.

The only lady working there is kinda nice but when we showed up on time for our newborn's passport application she told us we'd have to wait in the 5+ person line. It was too close to our son's naptime so we just left instead of waiting 15-30 minutes past our appointment time just to be seen. Why have appointment times if you're just going to tell us to get in line? She also wasn't wearing a mask, even in close proximity to young children and the elderly. We haven't seen her wear a mask since about March 2021. She also confidently gave another customer an incorrect answer about Dept. of State passport processing times (told the customer 10 weeks when the Dept. of State told me 16 weeks is the current time).Another time I came here during business hours and the service counter was closed with a sign that said only "Be back in 30 minutes" which is among the most useless and confusing signs imaginable. I waited there with like 3 other customers for about 20 minutes until I gave up and left. They need more people working here, and they need to follow COVID guidelines.

The older employee with gray long hair should NOT WORK dealing with people. Absolutely rude, ignorant, disrespectful and not helpful. I wish I could file a complaint report to usps somewhere.

I get being short staffed and keeping your teller window closed while you are "technically open". But at the very least, provide a package drop off for people. You've given us the online tools to print our own postage, but we can't mail the packages... Staff is friendly, so definitely two stars for lovely people, but minus 3 for stupid procedures.

I had by far the best experience here today! I wish I knew the person behind the counters name so that I could personally shout her out here. I walked in around 2:00 pm today and right away I received a phone call. I stepped out of line to take my call, and watched as the line grew longer and the place get pretty busy as a result of the holiday. I also noticed how professional the worker behind the counter was. Although busy, she was calm and relaxed, patient and helpful to every customer and still worked quickly and efficiently. When I finally went into the line, it moved quick, and when I got there I had questions. She was helpful, kind and efficient. I never felt like I was being rushed, even though there were people behind me and when I asked my questions, she was more than helpful. A great person to have as the face of the branch! Employees everywhere could learn from her.

The window was closed for lunch on a Saturday (November 13). With reduced hours already on Saturday? I have never heard of a post office lobby closing for lunch? By the way - I could not post with no stars?.
