“Service and everything was great. They apparently have a new policy of having the customer stay in the car for the entire time. During hot summer months it may not be a great idea to make people sit in the car without air conditioning or air flow. By the time I left the back of my shirt was wet from sweat. “I do my own oil changes on my jeep, but after so many years the bolt was completely stripped and I could not take it no matter what I did. Dealership tried charging me $400.00. “I have been going to Lumpp and Sons for five years now. I have three older cars to take care of. Sometimes I can fix the issue myself. But if I can't, I always go and see Patrick! He is a very honest businessman. That's why he has people like me going back there. He fixed three air conditioners on all three of my cars. The price could not be more reasonable. When I brought in a car when the break sensors were squealing, he changed the two that needed to be replaced. He told me I can get another half a year to a year out of them.
Also when I bring in the car the day before for the service and drop off the keys, most of the time he'll fix it the next day and I can pick up the car the next evening.
If there were more stars to give Lumpp & Sons I definitely would!

“These guys are a lifesaver! After a horrific experience with "Crystal's locksmith" services in Broadview, we had to bring our '99 GMC truck for a new steering column to fix the damages caused by the locksmith. Don and his guys have been the best. They gave us solid advice, got the truck in right away and were able to get the parts ordered quickly to service the vehicle. It's a work vehicle so time is of the essence as it had already been out of commission for 2 weeks, and they were on it. They have experience working on diesel trucks and we have been nothing short of impressed at how they have been able to help us during this frustrating time. We will be back for sure!
