I never gave my consent to a strep throat test but I was charged for it seemingly out of spite. The kiosk wasn’t working for check in so I was told to come back at 2pm. When I arrived later that day, I tried to explain to the assistant that I was there in the morning but she kept rudely interrupting. There was so much unnecessary back and forth and going in circles simply because she kept speaking over me not giving me the chance to explain that I had already spoken to someone in the morning. I should’ve taken that as a sign to go somewhere else but because I didn’t want to make a third trip elsewhere, I stayed. When we were called in, she tested my son for strep when he just had a mild but consistent cough for a month. I even said a strep throat isn’t necessary given his mild symptoms but apparently I was charged for it anyway. My son said his throat was sore after the visit. She was way too rough. I didn’t think walking out of a clinic in a worse condition than when you arrived was possible but apparently, this minute clinic makes it possible. I am still waiting for a response after disputing this charge. HORRIBLE service. This is why I avoid going to medical facilities at all costs.

A clown show. First time I went they made me wait over an hour AFTER the scheduled time. This time, I didn't want to go, but I had some neck and shoulder pain that, while not terrible, is worrying me. I got caught by a train, and showed up a few minutes late. The women comes out of the exam room and tells me that she wasn't going to see me and to reschedule. She said i was too late. I tried to reschedule, but they had no more appointments today. Going to schedule with an actual doctor if they are going to do this to me. Never go here. They don't care and do things on their time.

Don’t go here for an antibody test. You might get refused. I was able to get two antibody tests here no problem but then later was refused one due to being vaccinated. Choose a different cvs for antibody test.

The staff was extremely welcoming and kind and just overall fantastic. I’ve never been to a clinic where I felt so at ease. They were really professional but friendly at the same time and as someone who gets terrible anxiety and hates going to the doctors office they made me feel calm and comfortable. I’ll be definitely be coming back to this clinic for any future medical needs.

Have had good experiences previously, w the Nurse practitioner, but will not go there again - went as a walk-in - no one in the waiting room and both exam room doors wide open - per the receptionist can’t see you until 2 days from now - why not - because we have appointments - but there NO ONE here NOW - no attempts to offer anything else - I came because I’m not feeling well - not 2 days from now - too bad for me - so I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on.

I had an ear issue pop up so I schedule a same day appointment. When I got there a few minutes ahead of time, the physician was at lunch but, I got it at appointment time and was checked out.I needed to get wax buildup removed and was taken care of quickly.The process was smooth and the physician was very nice and professional. Will go back again if have an issue.

This location does not care if you're sick you have to be ON TIME or EARLY EARLT to your appointment. I was arriving 8 minutes late to my appointment since I am ill. This location called me and asked if I was in the parking lot at 11:55. I told her I was running late but was 2 minutes late and they informed me that they personally would not take me (though other CVS pharmacies have taken me after being late in the past). This is so hard because I had to cancel my appointment with them online and then try to find another CVS with an open slot with is near impossible.

Took my son here for ear wax removal cause he had ringing in ears everything went great....Doctor explained what she was doing was nice and got the job done . Definitely recommend going her. Clean and called right on are appointment time. They take walk in also. 5 stars for sure..

the reviews speak for themselves. ive gotten a covid test here before and the nurses were extremely rude. i tired being seen here and i was turned down and was told there weren’t anymore available appointments. i showed up before 4. there was one patient in front of me and she was done being seen by 4:05. I was told i couldn’t be seen even though their signs and the website clearly states they close at 4:30. All i wanted was to have my ear checked out but the doctor ‘Kim’ obviously needed the last half hour of her shift to herself. i wish there was an option for negative stars.

The nurse practitioner theresa was very nice. Definitely recommend going to her! Had a great experience.

Made an appointment at 8:20am. 20 minutes after opening. Was told to wait in my car until they were ready to see me. I waited for 2 hours before leaving. I never got a call. Should've listened to the reviews.

Unreal. Can’t even sign in with a sick child because she gets off an hour with one person waiting. Huge smile telling me they re-open tomorrow. Won’t see anyone else. Meanwhile - sick kid.
