“I went there last night and it was so clean. I remember that it used to be a dump with muddy shoe prints, disgusting machines, and dry sheets everywhere but now the floors are cleaner, there are fewer mud, dry sheets, and they clean the seat! The machines are actually being cleaned now besides some being broken. The worker puts in enough to clean and was much nicer than the last one. I've even see her help people when she's busy.”

“This is my first time having to pay for a washer and dryer in a long time ( im a truck driver and the terminal i work from has free wash and dry) and i was surprised by the prices. I just went ahead and paid for it since it was no other places near.
The place is as clean as it can be for it being a 24hr open facility so i wasn’t expecting it to be spotless but it was cleaner than expected, but as long as the actual washers and dryers are doing their job and aren’t filthy it doesn’t bother me
Plenty of washers and dryers available (only seen one out of order dryer out of 32 available)
Washers and dryers are QUICK but they are actually through. Most places i sit for about 4hrs waiting for the washer and dryer to finish , but i was in and out of here within 2.

“October 1st 2023: Friendly Wash is my favorite place to go to do laundry. The ladies that work there are SO friendly, kind and accomodating. If you need a cup for quaters from the machine, a key to the washroom or a chair to sit in because your disabled, they are quick to get it. The only thing I'd improve on is the place could use more seats, but they accomodate you if your an older person and disabled. I just ask politely and have always gotten a seat...The employees here are wonderful and although an occasional machine or two may be out, 99.9% of the machines works and are up and running. This is the best laundry mat to come to compared to local laundry mats in the neighboorhood where the laundry machines are all out and they don't clean regularly....this is a very clean facility by the way. Not much food in the vending machine, but that is a small price to pay for the top notch service. I come here to do laundry, not to snack..so I don't mind the snack vending machine. Their is soda at least and a convience store across the street.... UPDATE OCTOBER 31st, 2023: Friendly Wash got a new vending machine, and it's packed with a wonderful array of chips, candy, snacks and beverages. What an exciting addition to the business!”

Started calling when they did not show by end-time for pick-up. Calls went directly to a recording stating they were busy. On Roosevelt And 15th St. right on the corner, they have these Laundry Mats All Over Chicago, IL. awesome washing experience for me, its a very clean place and well taken care of, no more coins, load money on a card for all your washing and drying and buying for what ever you want without coins or paper money, even you have to use your card to go and use the bathroom, no paying customers, no bathroom, you have to have your card to get in, a secret i want to share, dawn dishwashing liquid ( POWER WASH ONLY ), for tuff spots and dirty clothes, i was told about it and i tried it for the first time, as you can see my shirts came out very clean,Great Information Is A Wast To On To It For Yourself, News You Can Use,Just Saying !!”
