Family Sudz Laundromat is a clean place with cleaner floors and fewer dry sheets, where the machines and seats are now cleaned. It is not very busy and offers great pricing, such as $2.50 for a light wash. Customers can use the PayRange app instead of quarters. The owner provides great service and responds right away to help with issues like coin overload. A bathroom is available and there is a vending machine with detergents. However, there are many broken machines with out of order signs, and sometimes only a few machines in a row are functioning. Some machines have been broken for months, and customers report not being contacted or reimbursed for lost money. An attendant is not always seen, though a manager's number is posted. While the door is sometimes open before official hours, it is advised to ensure doors are locked.
I'm impressed, this place has been clean lately. It used to be so filty, but now it's really nice and clean.

I have not had to use many laundry mats but this one was extremely clean and well taken care of. Only thing I will say the hours are wrong on yelp they close at 10pm but we're extremely nice and let me finish my drying while they were cleaning! Cannot recommend it more!
