“Excellent afternoon spent here! Visited our mom in Illinois and she didn’t even know of this place. So glad we got to visit! Well worth the time and lots of amazing items and things to learn. Such great history, excellent exhibit and collection, brilliant artwork, and beautiful space. They also had a micro-mosaic section which was equally astounding. Would highly recommend to see this place. What a great experience!”

“I have taken Sandy Dawson’s (Sam) art classes for adults for a few years and participated in several workshops.Sam is a wonderful teacher and has worked with all ages, from preschool through adult. She naturally cultivates a warm, supportive learning environment. The students who have specific interests build upon their skills and learn new techniques as they improve. Other students experiment with different media. They begin to develop their strengths and preferences. No one is ever discouraged from trying something “new.”Sam’s comments are never criticisms. They are suggestions, instructional tools and explorations of strategies meant to inspire.”

Different members of my family have used them for a wide variety of frame types and styles, and the results have been uniformly excellent. They seem to take the work personally, and it shows. “Tom and Sheryl are enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the art they sell. My wife and I scheduled to have three beautiful pieces shown in our house. They both spent the better part of an hour patiently displaying different potential locations to hang, making thoughtful suggestions along the way. In the end, we purchased two of the three, and they hung them for us, as well.
