I recently had a pickup installed on my 33 yr old acoustic Fender. I am so pleased with the end result. Mike took the time to select the best product to use and ensured necessary repairs were made to the saddle and bridge before installation. He even took the time to explain the process to me. The end result was beyond my expectation. My guitar sounds so beautiful! I don't want to stop playing it after I plug it in. I can tell you these guys can be trusted to repair your guitar or convert your old acoustic to electric acoustic. Also the cost was very reasonable. Thank you Mike and A Sound Education.

I started trumpet lessons here a month ago, after a 23-year hiatus and it's been an incredible experience from the start. From contacting to learn more about scheduling options to student portal access to the lessons themselves, it's been easy and encouraging. I'm so glad I decided to give playing another go and love working with my instructor.

This is a great local business. I have nothing but great things to say about it. I had a few of my guitars serviced there, from a professional setup to helping me resize bridge pins on my acoustic guitar. Professional quality work.
Besides that, I also took voice lessons and it was always a positive experience. If I didn't move away from the area, I would continue giving them my business.
I urge people to go in a support a local business. I surely will next time I am in the area.

In all my years of shopping at music stores, I've only experienced one other place with this level of friendliness, respect, and knowledge. Most other stores seemingly enjoy intimidating you into a sale. I couldn't have felt more comfortable trying out a guitar and eventually landing a trade. Pat & staff are reminder of how great of an experience it can be to shop a your local music store. Give them a visit and you won't be disappointed.

I really had the most pleasant purchasing experience here! The staff was really knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions and had my new bass thumping like a champ when I left. I highly recommend this place. You're not just a number here. They really go out their way to make sure you're happy with your purchase. As for me, I've been thumping my new mean green paranormal bass ever since I got home! Thanks again !!!

For my 35th birthday I wished to start learning piano. My husband surprised me with a keyboard and lessons from A Sound Education.I was extremely intimidated before walking in, and I was put to ease immediately. Everyone is so helpful and kind. You can feel the passion of music in this space. It’s very welcoming and chill. Love it!(I have so much fun with my lessons - which are affordable. Sharon is so knowledgeable and sweet. I love the way the lessons are bundled, and my husband had a very positive experience while purchasing the keyboard!)PS: it’s always the perfect time to learn something new :)

Cannot speak highly enough about Pat and the gang at A Sound Education. Before, during, and after my purchase (of an awesome Yamaha bass), this team was super involved and invested in making sure I, and more importantly my daughter, was happy with the selection. They took the time to educate us, let us try out a bunch of basses, and ultimately made sure we walked out of that shop happy. I would recommend this shop to anyone interested in instruments, lessons, gear, etc. Oh, and we were actually renting equipment from them at a great rate before the purchase! This place is rock solid and will remain my go to. Give this place your business. You won’t regret it.

The people here have always been so friendly and patient. It’s always amazing to see all those guitars up, especially the expensive ones you hope to buy one day, and it’s great to shop local at a small business instead of some website that is full of robots.
