Andres, the gentleman who was working on the day of our pick up of truck, was VERY helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about making sure that all our questions were answered,We had also reserved a storage unit on line. Because of a clerical error on part, we had a mistakenly requested a second floor mezzanine storage unit. Andres quickly checked computer, found an alternate storage unit, for a slightly higher monthly price, and switched it out; Quick, easy no fuss. We are very happy.Give this guy a raise! or a Bonus!. “We go to this Home Depot quite often, it's not even the closest one to our home but we always go back because we've never had a bad experience! This Home Depot is very clean, always well stocked, and I've never had a problem getting help or finding an associate when I need one. The entire store had hand sanitizer stations and all associates were wearing masks. They have a large parking lot, tons of stalls for online/curbside pick up, and many carts and dollies available right when you get out of your car. Keep it up! Love to have high-quality locations like this one so close by.”
