She was very nice, polite, & friendly and also great customer service. She took the time to explain the process and what was expected from me. Both appointments took no longer than 10 minutes, and the clinic is very clean, staff is friendly. Daija was my phlebotomist and when i tell you her taking out my blood felt like i feather on me im not exaggerating. thank you to Odessa being great in the front desk too. I will be returning and recommending this lab to others”
