“My table and chairs were delivered today. It was awsome!!! They texted me this morning and told me I was number 11 on delivery. Then a map where I could follow the truck. They were right on time. They counted down there stops. I knew exactly where they were all day! They came in and set it all up. Looks fabulous!!! Thank you too Jonny again cause I changed design of 2 chairs last minute! You guys at Ashley’s are AWESOME!!! I am so happy!!!!!!”

“I recently (last two days) purchased a mattress at this store. As another reviewer noted. Max Sandberg was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable, answered all questions and was patient. There was no hard sell, just professionalism. Ramon and his partner, who delivered and set up the new mattress, moved the old one to another room and disposed of another mattress and box spring were careful and thorough. I think they completed all of it in about 15 minutes.I can recommend Mattress Firm wholeheartedly, from the product to the sales personnel and the installers.”

Head to Mattress Overstock first.My wife and I were looking at a Leesa mattress online during their President's Day sale and wanted to try it out in person. We went to Mattress Overstock and had the great fortune of working with Rick Kopsky. Not only was he able to explain the differences between the variety of mattresses they had on the storeroom floor, but gave us numerous examples of how mattress A worked for previous clients in comparison to mattress B, and what you could expect given your sleeping preferences. Most importantly, he was able to beat the online retailer's price by $200! “Yvette and Jackie were both wonderful, Yvette serviced us when we came in to browse and was not pushy or overbearing but patiently answered our questions and was vary knowledgeable-I put a hold on the mattress and came in a few days later to make the final purchase. Jackie took care of me at that time and made sure that all the ducks were in a row for my financing and was very candid about the delivery time due to adjustable base being out of stock . Even though I have to wait two weeks, it was worth it with the wonderful customer service I received.”
