Return refused by manager Mariam Vargas with all tags attached and receipt purchased at different location... claiming they didn't know the name brand, stating it is the store policy that if they don't recognize the name, they can't take it back. Called the location I purchased from, manager there stated, with tags and receipt, they should have returned it. She asked for the first 2 numbers on the tag and confirmed over the phone department the outfit came from. Mariam was giving the customer next to me a problem... who also happen to be black... so I'm sure my skin tone was the reason my return was being questioned.

Cashier was very rude. No type of customer service or proper communication. Did not scan all the things we went to buy. And did not wrap our mugs.
