They have a good staff in terms of customer retail support (this includes the younger and less young personnel).

Nice employees but with the tools the more moving parts the bigger of a risk for the quality.

I’ve been shopping at Harbor freight for a long time. Even when you could only order online. Being that I’m old, this store has a no washroom policy. I was forced to go shopping some where else. It seems that they care more about the profit than the customer. I hope the other Harbor Freight stores aren’t like this.

Walter and Cedric were awesome. They call to let me know when they will be arriving and was on time. They saw that I was having some difficulty moving things out of my old refrigerator and took care of that for me. Totally wish that more people can be like them. Very hands on. Thank you ,thank you

I have been shopping here since last year, even bought the membership. The store by itself is good, mostly everything I search for is in stock. However, the staff has become less desirable than what I remember. The recent employees are rude and not helpful. The guy that handles the register currently has this attitude where he doesn’t want to help out and expects me to figure it out by myself. The last visit there I went to buy an item and went in circles trying to find it for longer than I expected to be there as he and another employee sent me to the wrong aisle 4 times because they didn’t know what I was talking about. So I searched my phone instead (good example of why some companies prefer AI or robots in the near future) and then I found out that the item was for sure in stock even though I had asked him to verify on his computer first, but instead dismissed me and sent me to the wrong aisle. Then when I go pay with his manager Liz, I simply request a status on a tool cart I had ordered a week prior and immediately I notice she doesn’t want to be bothered. I didn’t have the paper receipt on me as she requested one, she refused to listened that I had an email one but then proceeded to ask me for a SKU number. At the time I didn’t know what that was and I told her to elaborate because I didn’t know what specifically she was asking for. To me it sounded like she was saying “skew” so I didn’t understand. She could have simply said it’s a 3 digit number on the receipt that she needed, but instead expected me to understand like I work there. So classic bad customer service when the employee that doesn’t want to do their job belittle the customer making them feel bad for asking for help. The employee and manager could care less, this message is for the owner of the store who just lost a customer that has spent good money at that location. I will go elsewhere from now on, because this is a second offense from my last experience with the guy at the register on the weekdays. The part time weekend kids do a better job than their older frustrated weekday coworkers.
