Went to open a savings account on a Monday afternoon- was told the earliest I’d be able to “see the manager” would be Saturday? Clearly an understaffed bank, skip this location and do everything online/over the phone. The low overall rating of this branch is clearly warranted.

Excellent experience. The manager of this location WILL fix whatver problems you may have. Understanding, thoughtfulful, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Kudos to that awesome manager and the rest of the staff. I came with a major issue and left with a great relief and confidence in this branch.
