The Broadview location hacked 2 different debit cards last weekend. Tried calling to talk to a real person but that didn’t happen. I will not be using Buddy Bear anymore because of this and the poor results after always buying the 15.00 wash !! The last time I went the Armor All wasn’t even applied. It’s too bad because I live fairly close but I’ll just use the Jet Brite in Villa Park which is the best bang for your buck, and NO damage !!

Usually I love this place as you can get in & out FAST even when they're busy. UNFORTUNATELY, this last time I was with my 17 yr old daughter who is a Student Driver. While she was carefully pulling into the wash, as I instructed, the employee was extremely agitated by her slight hesitation. The employee jumped out directly in front of the car, waiving his arms like a maniac, glaring at her like he was homicidal!!! My poor daughter was in tears. I should have yelled at the prick but I made the mistake of thinking Buddy Bear Car Was management might take my complaint seriously and have a talk with their employe. NOPE, never a call back, they don't care. I'll take my car elsewhere. Thanks for freaking out an innocent young lady, you psychopaths.

I've given this place two different opportunities and each time it's been horrible. The first time the car wash didn't get a bird poop off my car and when I asked could I go back through I was told no because it would cause a malfunction. But as soon I got out the car with my booty shorts the workers were trying to help and actually do their jobs all of a sudden. Today I went at 6:30pm and it says online they close at 8. The only worker there turned the vacuums off at 654 and said they are on a timers and that he was closing early because of the rain.Service: Vacuuming

Buddy bears use too much soap when I leave there is still soap on my truck, please use less soap or use more rinse water.

this is a joke place. Employee smoke while directing and the wash was not complete due to the employee forgot to put the cleaning hose away and tangle with the machine. My hod was minor scratched due to their lack of cleaning the clothe and it was really dirty everywhere.

I love my job here, its a carwash but you can make it a career. Benefits package is great once it kicks in. Fun place to work, great bosses, at my location ?.Customers and clients are friendly and cool, young and old. We did almost 1300 cars yesterday and it was a SLOW DAY. We stay busy, there's always something to do.OH YEAH,TO THE CUSTOMERS....WE HAVE 30 GARBAGE CANS THERE'S ALWAYS AT LEAST 1 EMPTY. PLEASE STOP THROWING YOUR S&[+ ON THE GROUND.AND,TO WHOEVER IT IS THAT KEEPS COMING ON OUR LOT AFTER HOURS AND OPENING THE VACUUMS....KARMA

It's a car wash. So, it does the job. Don't waste your money on the top wash. The rinse is insufficient, and soap suds will remain on your car. Go for the middle option, save a few bucks, and no leftover soap.
