Very unprofessional! Will never use them again. I placed an order after 10pm order was ready next day, I am on my 30th day today to return and they claim their system locked them out and said I am out of my 30th day! Why have a policy in place you do not honor? How is the day i placed an order after hours counted as a day? Wow. BBB will be notified

The worse balloons. I have had better luck with amazon balloons than this.
I ordered 2ce from them red, white and blue balloons and next thing I notice out of 50 from the small 5" balloons at list 10 have visible wholes and more than 3-4 on each batch would pop. And as for the 11" balloons, out of 100 pc 10-15 would pop, some have wholes, I carefully inflated them. If I didn't inflate all the once with wholes on them, I would be left with probably 50/100, that's how horrible the quality was.
It's sad bc I needed this for outdoor and read the reviews saying they are good, but no, never again will I buying from this store. They also charge you UPS delivery charge. 1st time I ordered over $130 and they charged $40 fee for ups, the 2nd time I ordered almost $100 they charged $30 delivery fee. Insane. Not a good place to buy balloons from.

Brody's for the SAVE!!! I had a client pay for an Arch last minute and I couldn't get my hands on any Qualatex brand balloons by the event day. One of the party event groups I'm in, shared the info to this apparently hidden Gem (Brody's) & I'm so thankful!!! I placed my order and it was ready for pick up the NEXT DAY!! Talk about great service! I drove an hour just to receive my order and it was well worth the drive. It was quick, easy, and efficient. The staff that called was super friendly and my event was a success. Not to mention the great deal I got on my order. I look forward to being repeat and long time customer of Brody's from this day forward ☺️. 10/10 highly recommend!P.s, you will need your tax id number and your orders have to be $100 or more to place an order.
