Ale Miller- BMO Retail Relationship Banker (Broadview Branch), rude, unhelpful, horrible customer service, nonchalant about his work and assisting customers. Would not even speak to the other BMO Harris customer service employee on the phone to assist me with a transaction issue. I had to be a middle person for two employees that work for the same company. Mr. Millers professionalism did not exhibit one of a banker and the his dress was extremely unprofessional. Hoodie and jeans?! As a banker! Please visit another BMO Harris location that actually have workers that care about the work they do and assisting customers that keep the branch open for them to have a job.

The branch manager (George) is the worst employee there shouldn’t even have that position. Thinks everyone is doing fraud or something illegal and judges books by there covers when he should never do that.Maria the banker is the only one I recommended making a appointment with she helped me with opening my accounts and she’s the most helpful.The other bankers are clueless and don’t really help and provide answers you’re looking for. Schedule your appointments with Maria if you have to go into this branch.

What is happening with the financial industry? The profession of a banker is fleeing. I arrived at this branch promptly at 9am, doors opened 10 mins late (I also have 9-5 hours). Mohammad the Vice President met with me in the most casual T-shirt. He was going to look into an issue for me & call me. I had to stop in the next (again missing work) because he did not return my call. Business calls should be returned by end of business day. Avoid this branch

Needed new Debit card. They said only one person working and it would take an hour. Kept pressing call button and no one answers. How frustrating. Poor service!!!!

Drive thru ATM machine need to be fixed I deposit money in and they take your money and don't deposit it now I have to wait 30 -45 days for an investigation will be looking for another bank asap

Very disappointed. Waisted my time.I needed to talk to a banker and took a break at my work. When I arrived not one banker was in place. After waiting for 15 minutes two bankers returned at the same time. One of them attended to a person before me and I was next. But the other banker did not call me. She was doing something that looked like a personal business. So I waited for another 15 minutes and left because I had to get back to work. So I just waisted my break.
