“I have been a member for over 10 years. Unfortunately, I’m only allowed 5 stars, when 10 stars DEFINITELY represent the level of customer service/satisfaction!! Lupe provides professionalism along with product knowledge and management, all with a sunny disposition. I have listened to Lupe on how to improve my credit scores and from her experience and wisdom, my credit scores jumped over 100 points and now I’m in the 700 credit scores club!!!
