“because of a shortage on a certain medication, i have to travel 30 minutes now to get my medication. I called several times inquiring about the medication and the pick up time, something that i am sure would be annoying but they were so nice with each call! Very helpful in getting my medication switch to there pharmacy, I did not have to do anything! and when i got there i was a little embarrassed but they made me feel comfortable and the pharmacist and the tech was very nice!!”
“WellCreek Pharmacy is beyond excellent! Two of the pharmacists used to work for a big department store pharmacy. When they left, it went downhill fast. I was so excited to locate them again and to find out they are part owners! The hours are great for me, 9am to 7pm Monday through Friday and 9am to 3pm on Saturdays. There is a drive-thru, an app to order refills, and an after-hours number if you have an emergency. Everyone is very nice and have been really helpful.”
“I take 18 different meds a day due to many health complications I have. There are many times when my doctor hasn't picked up the phone to fill my prescription and can't be bothered with it. Walmart pharmacy goes to bat for me. If I tell them ive tried to reach my doctor they step up. I have never had an instance where they were unable to get a hold of one of my doctors and make them listen. This is MY pharmacy and I adore the people who work here.”

“Really awesome pharmacy and really great staff- Due to past experiences I didn't really like CVS and really enjoyed the Schnucks pharmacy. So I was unsure after the change- But they've made me do a complete 180 on CVS , now I wont go anywhere else! I even go there for shots! Couldn't recommend enough.”

“I really like this store. They have the friendliest employees who are always available & offering help. They are very good at having their advertised items available when I go in, unlike some of their competitors. They do need more help at the checkout counters, though. I was in after church on Sunday, and there were 8 people ahead of me in line. The sweet girl checking customers out kept her cool & a smile on her face even though not everyone was nice to her.”
“I went in because another pharmacy suggested that Walgreens had a generic of the eye wipes that the doctor suggested I buy. They in fact were sold out. But, they took the time to help me look. I was informed that the product should be available by the middle of the next week. I appreciate the personal service even though the product wasn't available”

“Working with the pharmacist and her assistant at CVS Schnucks Alton was a pleasure. The only medications that work well for my daughter's rare medical condition are those made by a specific manufacturer. Unlike Alton's CVS, Edwardsville's CVS uses a different wholesaler. As soon as we were ready for the next refill, the pharmacist said she would ensure my daughter's medication was waiting for us locally in Edwardsville. They have shown us thoughtfulness and care, and we are grateful. Thank you very much.”

“I only use the retail part of the store and it meets my needs. When I need to stock up on over the counter meds or select toiletries, this is where I shop. I have found the Walgreens generic brand is the same quality as a name brand and saves me money. This past Christmas, when I needed a Christmas hat, to my surprise they came to my rescue and they even had other accessories to match. You know, our ability to accessorize is what separates us from the animals. My Christmas headband and necklace were at hit at the party. The store is always clean and well organized and the staff is friendly.”
