The staff is great. And I like how they pick up your mower over the winter and get it ready for mowing season. We had an issue with the repair they did and when we called, they were out within a day to pick it up and fixed their mistake. Don't judge a place on whether they make mistakes (we all make mistakes), judge them on how they react to said mistake. I will continue to use Feldman. Keep up the great work!!!

RIP OFF Conartists!!! Had my mower 5 weeks. Charged $475 for belt & very minor electric problem. Mower died 30 mins after they gave it back. They wanted more $$$ & to take mower back for more servicing. My neighbor fixed minor problem in 15 minutes for free!!!! Don't take mowers here lady is very hysterically rude that answers phone & they don't know what their doing. Very unprofessional.....?

I WAS IN THE AREA AND NEEDED A BIT OF HELP TO GET SOME DOCUMENTS I HAD FORGOTTEN TO BRING WITH ME PRINTED OUT. THE GIRL BEHIND THE PARTS COUNTER WAS EXTREMELY GRACIOUS AND HELPFUL. I PLACE A HIGH VALUE ON ANY BUSINESS WHO PROVIDES A GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST.
