Don't fix cell phones there, they say it's fixed and it works even worse than before the repair, when I told them it worked even worse, they told me it was my problem and to leave their store.

The guy was so rude over the phone I refused to go here and spend money. Then I looked at the reviews which made me say oh hell no! They supposed to open at 11am I waited out til 11:18 still no one. So I left & called back later to see if they were open. The conversation otp lead to a whole argument and he hung up on me. I went to a different place. Go to Mobile Connect in Country Club Hills instead. Nice ppl, good prices, good condition phones.

Found them on OfferUp, they advertised an iPhone X for $289 but when I arrived I was told it had issues. Do you care if the Face ID works? I reply yes I want a fully working phone. Then, he up charges for the fully working phone. Beware of this tactic. Don’t allow them to do this. I left paying over $400 and no receipt. GET A RECEIPT THAT HAS THE ITEM DESCRIPTION AND SERIAL NUMBER OF THE DEVICE. This will be evidence that the device came from them should you need to take action against them and they deny you bought it from them. The phone also had a carrier lock from Verizon when I reset it later trying to upgrade and trade in with my carrier. They will give you the phone already set up and allow you to complete a test call to convince you it is unlocked. Don’t take my word or their word for it. Check for yourself. FACTORY RESET THE PHONE YOURSELF IN STORE BEFORE BUYING. MAKE SURE NO SIM CARD IS IN THE PHONE. TURN IT ON FOLLOW THE STEPS ON SCREEN. THEN CHECK THE SIM SETTINGS. IT SHOULD SAY NO SIM RESTRICTIONS.Please arm yourself with education. We must stop assuming businesses are trustworthy. Allow the facts to lead you to the right conclusion.

The salesman Moody was excellent. Great customer service from the start. We began our phone search thru marketplace then to the store. Each step was handled professionally and with excellent customer service. Advertising was spot on. Any issues issues we had were resolved.
