Worst people I ever met! They lied to me about getting my mail because I moved and was not receiving my mail I was down there 10 times trying to get them to deliver my mail, I lost a lot of important mail God only knows where it is ! They said they were forwarding my mail to old address and I know for a fact that was a lie, it finally took me to wait an hour to wait for my carrier to let him know where I live and please bring the mail to the wright address, good luck for anyone who has to deal with these people !!!!

I was given an exact price of the package I wanted to send the day before. The first employee was very helpful. I came back the next day, the woman was very rude, charged me more, and got very upset when I verified the address because the town was different on the screen after she typed it in. To top it off, I heard her throw my box in the back as I was leaving.
I should have read the reviews before I went. It was probably that Victoria lady everyone was complaining about.

This post office is the worst. Purchased a home and wanted to pick up my mailbox keys just to get the runarounds and waste more time. Avoid this place at all cost!!

It is a shame that our mail (1.) Is delivered very late between 8pm thru 9pm almost every day.
(2.) When checking "informed delivery" it shows the mail delivery for the day. Well the mail does "not" arrive that day but the next day.

Why is this location even exist? The person named Victoria has zero customer interaction skills. Who hires those people? Why are they working there if they hate this job?

I was at this location recently and the I had a bad luck to deal with the person named Victoria. She was rude, no customer skills, bored and arrogant. I do not know why people with this attitude are working with customers. It is frustrating for everyone.

They need to learn customer service. Zero personalities. I had an appointment for a passport at 9:15 told to arrive 10 minutes earlier when I scheduled the appointment but when I arrived I was told to wait until 9:15 and to wait for a call. Bad attitude.

The woman lied to me. I asked for the cheapest option to ship a letter with a single piece of paper in it with a shipping number. She responded with sending it priority mail costing me $9.85. Come to find out, that was far from the cheapest option. I could have done 5 day ground shipping for just a few bucks. I could've even stuck the envelope in a "If it fits it ships" envelope and paid less. Instead of being able to rely on a federally employed individual for sccursye and truthfuk information, I was lied to and deceived simoly because she wanted to get me out of the way? How dare I get lied to for what an increase in revenue to send a simple letter? I would like the difference paid back to me. I would like what I originally requested. The cheapest option to send a letter that has a tracking number. I feel so disrespected after looking up prices and options of shipping a letter & being charged $9.85 when I could have paid ¼ of that, yet she did not provide that as an option, and said the only way to get what I was requesting was to ship it priority mail, which was a flat out lie. Shame on the cashier. I'm on a penny by penny budget. You'd think I could trust me local post office to accommodate my request accordingly to their cheapest rates as requestedReceipt # 840-56040045-15270757-2Clerk (Con) 46
