Had a nail in a tire early in the morning on my way to work. Called the shop and they gave me a great quote on new tires but I wasn’t sure if I could sit around for an hour. They offered me a loaner so I can make it to work while they found the tires and did the work. I mean there was no downtime I dropped it off and within an hour and half my truck was done.”
