They did the job well, but they communicate poorly. The repair on my car was scheduled for one day. I waited for a call when I could pick up the car, but no one called me. At the end of the day I called myself and found out that they wouldn't make it in one day. That was a problem, because I had to go to work the next day.

They tried ripping off my wife with new tires when she only needed air. This used to be Goodyear & never took advantage. I know because i took my vehicle there to get work done. This new place is no good because they tried ripping me off too when i know my vehicle. Bring back Goodyear or hire employees that are truthful. They were lucky that i wasn’t there!

The customer service here is amazing. Joe imperticular was extremely helpful. They are honest and reasonably priced!!!! Highly recommended!!!!!

I had previously brought my car in for an alignment issue in June, and that issue reappeared labor day weekend. I brought my car back for an alignment and oil change and they covered the alignment as it was the same issue from before, and when the alignment wasn't perfect upon my first look, they let me bring it back and tightened things up. These people continue to be the most professional auto stop for me.

Probably the best experience having to buy tires would have to be this place. Joe up front was very professional, knowledgeable, and fair. His customer service skills are something you can’t teach. They really went the extra mile when they couldn’t patch my tire since it was in a spot they could not patch it.
They went to their warehouse to get my exact tires right when I said go ahead and replace them. Joe even offered to have his tech drop me back off at work so I wouldn’t miss time at the office while the tire replacement was happening
These people at this location truly do care and give amazing customer service!

Great shop to deal with! Ran the diagnostics, fixed the problem and gave me my truck back. No run around or long turn around to get my truck back. Definitely coming back
