Patryk was wonderful to work with. He guided us to products that best met our needs and encouraged us to take our time looking at the multiple selections available in order to find the right one for us. He answered all our emails and texts promptly. He is professional and knowledgeable. When it came to install, everything went smoothly and on time. And product is incredible! They made sure to match up the veining perfectly, even down the waterfall edge. Couldn’t recommend this company and specifically Patryk enough.

Stanley’s Marble & Granite are absolutely the best. They put marble in my basement bathroom in May and the caulking had started to crack by August around the vanity. I called and spoke to Patryk who asked me to send him a picture which I did. The next day when I spoke to him again he stated someone would be out next week to address the issue, which they were.I love it when a company stands behind their work. Kudos to Patryk and Stanley’s Marble & Granite.

Nothing about the process was described accurately. Was told they measure once and then a one day install for counter and backsplash. Both were measured and installed seperately. Also took 3 weeks to measure the counter top when we were told everything would happen within one week. 2 of the 5 electrical cutouts on the backsplash were not to size. One too large and one too small. Owner also said "we use longer screws" when asked about the electrical and wall plates which implied they finish those for you. Installers said they never do that. Imo he misrepresents the process to make sales.

Stanley's Marble & Granite gave me exceptional service from the start to the installation. JoAnna was exceptional in assisting us with purchasing the quartz for the newly installed bathroom in the basement. She wasn't pushy and tagged what we said we wanted with our name. She offered to hold it for a week while we looked around. When we came back JoAnna was still very accommodating when we changed the color. She retagged the one we wanted. The guy came out to measure on Wednesday, April 19th and JoAnna called me if an exact price which was comparable with the others prices. The next day, she requested only half of the payment, however I paid the full amount. Stanley called me Monday, April 25th to install the quartz for Tuesday but I had a doctor's appointment. They then called me on Tuesday, April 26th to do installation on Wednesday between 10 and noon. I informed them I had a therapy appointment at noon. They promised to be finished by 11:30. I said okay. They arrived early at 9:15 and was finished by 10:30. Stanley did an excellent job with the installation. Kudos to Stanley and JoAnna for their exceptional service. I wholeheartedly recommend them and I will be using them again for my kitchen. Sheila Morrow

While the process of ordering our kitchen countertop was efficient and quick, getting it was another story.
Nobody, including the installer, Stanley' Marble & Granite of Bridgeview, communicated with us, at all, regarding the entire process of weekly statuses. We were promised 3 weeks, and never once heard from anyone. Even after we contacted the main phone line of Stanley's M&G several times, the foreign woman who answered the line was obnoxiously loud, disruptive and even refused to give me the installer, Patrick's name and number, telling me we had to wait until "they" called back. Days went by and still no answer from anyine, including Patrick.
After 8 weeks of waiting, we were forced to call Fox Home Center to get them involved in helping us with trying to contact Patrick and a status on our countertop (5 weeks past the promise date). We understand stone transactions can be non-consistent on delivery dates, but again, noone ever returned any of our calls of concern as weeks went by, until the last week, when we considerably hounded Fox Home Center for a status.
After finally receiving our countertop, Fox Home Center wasted no time in hassling us for our final payment, calling every 2 or 3 days, of which we did pay days after our countertop was installed. Wow...
Too bad both companies don''t use that same energy, motivation and enthusiasm for obtaining our long overdue kitchen counter.
Very disappointed in the lack of care in their voices and action about the entire process and communicating status with us. It doesn't take much to call a customer back for a status, especially after several calls we made. Status communication is very important, just as much as the ordering and installing.

I could not be more pleased with the beautiful work and expertise that Patryk and his team crafted and produced for our kitchen renovation. Every part of the process went so smoothly and the crew that installed the counters, backsplash and floating shelfs were all outstanding. I greatly appreciated their willingness to go the extra distance - one state over - plus their bid was far and away the most competitive. I cannot recommend them more highly.

We just had Stanley’s Marble and Granite install a new kitchen countertop and tile the wall above it. Another very positive experience with this business. Joanna is an excellent customer service rep who coordinated the whole job, and was very patient with the delays on our side (we had to wait for our new appliances to be delivered). The men who installed the countertop did a beautiful job and were very neat and cleaned up any debris. Bartek put up our wall tile and also did a beautiful and thorough job. Couldn’t be happier with the end result!

Stanley’s is definitely the best place to get granite! They are family owned & put a lot of effort into their work. I received my new kitchen countertops today & they look fantastic - very slick, no seams, & gorgeous overall. My family swears by Stanley’s because of their professionalism & dedication. I can’t say enough good things about them!

Quick customer service. Friendly and helpful. I've used this company 10 years ago. After measuring and install, I'll update review.I have been meaning to update this. In early March my countertop was first installed and then removed. The end result is a countertop I am happy with and they worked with me to make sure I was! I will say this and please take note, if you have a curved farmhouse sink (understand our new and rare) then make sure to work with them during the measurements to have the countertop hit the curve at the exact place you'd like.Thanks Stanley's for working with me and making me a repeat satisfied customer.
