Just had my boot heel repaired and the service was awesome. Super friendly and he even cleaned them up alittle bit when he didn’t have too. Will be taking any other shoes/boots for any repairs or cleanings! Highly recommend

The customer service was outstanding. My shoess had these stains on them from a couple of years ago. He was able to clean them and make them feel new again. I love supporting small local businesses. Especially when the owner takes pride in their work. I highly recommend this place.

Lou, the owner, is the nicest guy, and takes so much pride in his work. He did a beautiful job repairing my sandals, and made them look brand new again. I highly recommend!

Drop off some space jams that I had that were pretty badly yellowed at the sole. I wasn't expecting a miracle, but I was hoping for improvement. Loui was very cool and tried to clean them up. Unfortunately he couldn't improve them. My only complaint is I was told 2 weeks, and they had my shoes a month, and they never reached out to me. I had to call to check the status.

had A huge watermark on my Yeezy 500 and Lou managed to clean it and left the whole shoe looking brand new. Service was 10/10 he’s a really nice guy. will definitely come here for all my shoe cleanings.

Sneaker Spa Chicago provided excellent customer service, communication and affordable pricing. I brought in some exclusive 9060 New Balances that needed to be cleaned before a vacation and they were able to get them looking brand new.
