First time here - it was a large store, pretty clean and organized. Sadly it was arranged by colors, not sizes & I don't have all the time in the world to go through each item checking for sizes. I didn't find anything to my liking....I am sure it's a good place for many people, it simply didn't work for me. I thank them tho for their time & wish them well.

If you check under the last shelf in the row by the women's jackets that's where an employee hides her stuff.

For those of you that complain about their policy regarding them not immediately being able to price an item. This is typical. This is a thrift store. Service isn't going to be amazing. Their policy is the same everywhere "if there is no tag then it needs to be properly priced and you can return the next day in the morning to ask for the item and get it then. I did this before and they were accommodating at another location. Although it is inconvenient to have to come back simply for this reason. It's understandable since they need to determine the price a certain way to get some kind of profit and so forth. I don't believe every employee is trained to be able to determine the price of all or any items. These locations are always short staffed so keep that in mind as well. If you want something better in that sense go to a Bloomingdales or a Nordstrom. Not that you can afford it in this economy ?as they say be grateful for what you have

I found a Fanny pack and did not have a price . It’s was a “pink “brand . I asked employees if I can purchase it. They said the manager is the only one that can sticker the price. They said the manager is busy in the back . If I found it on the sales floor , that means it was for sale right? I went to politely ask an employee coming out of the back , to ask for price . She politely came out and told me that the manager could not price it , she’s busy. Bummer ! It’s was a nice item . Poor customer support.

This place is nasty they take off prices on things half off such as books and toys and the staff refuses to honor the half price items

So I was in there shopping today I found two pairs of jeans for my son along with a bill holder and a few other things I go up into the line to pay for my stuff this woman that's ringing me up says the price is wrong then she perceives not to sell me the stuff question isn't this stuff donated so would it matter what the price was I then asked her to go ahead and put a price on them she said no it has to go back through whatever..Very DISGUSTED. I mean come on ten DOLLARS wasn't enough for 1 pair of used jeans??!!

Family Thrift Store in Bridgeview, IL is the worst customer service. Too many items are not priced although it has been on the shelf for a while. Price tags are not stapled and they refuse to check on similar items or check for the price. The manager didn't bother checking the price on their system (if they have any)or to go with the price on the tag that got detached while checking the item, or to go with the price of similar item. They really don't care. Don't ever shop there!!!
