Went to buy a gift for someone but they didn’t have the prices , one big size lady was browsing her phone and didn’t bother to help . Felt unwelcome, so went to other place.

It's Ramadan so I won't give them a negative review but I called both stores to see about if something was in stock, first it took forever to get her someone to answer the phone and once they did it was like they couldn't be bothered to check for me or let me know if something is coming back in.

We've been following Modern Wall Art's social media for some time now and we finally got to visit the store on our trip to Chicago. We were greeted by Ruby. She was very friendly and helpful. She was ready to answer all of our questions and explain everything to us! She made the experience even better and made our experience that much easier! Also, the store was beautiful and all of the pieces were breathtaking! Highly recommend! Thank you Ruby!

Poor quality. They advertise it as Stainless steel but it’s very cheap tin. Product is so cheaply made that pieces don’t even hold its weight and bend down if u hold in ur hand. Very disappointed

The whole team is outstanding, most recently have worked with Ayat on my orders and she has been wonderful and went above and beyond on every step of the order. Came here this past Saturday and the girl working there WAS SOOOO SWEET and accommodating when it came to giving us pricing and helping me pick out a perfect necklace! She matched the price that was online and just went above and beyond with her amazing customer service !

I'm from NJ, I have had a gift gifted to me from this place and it was absolutely stunning. Being in Illinois, I wanted to come in for myself to gift my family something. Reem and Ruby were great, patient, and professional. Great quality and products. Highly recommend this place for your modern wall art needs.

YOU’RE BETTER OFF THROWING YOUR MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN. The absolute worst customer service I’ve ver encountered. Ordered a picture a couple months ago and long story short they forgot to order it. So they had a display that they sold me and when it arrived the pictures was full of bubbles and fading. I called and the lady she was EXTREMELY RUDE! Said she could care less if I was unhappy. STAY FAR AWAY!!Update: Their response is completely false. Just a way to cover up how shady their business practice really is. If customer service was even a priority to your company you wouldn’t be disrespecting your customers. Food for thought.... respect goes a long ways.
