Be carful before you start working with these people. The worst customer service is the brother of Sheikh Youssef Abu Shaaban. It is forbidden for anyone to deal with him and scream and want to fight. There is no such thing as respect. In addition, the positive comments come from their friends. Beware of them and avoid dealing with them, especially Abu Shaaban.

Yousef wasn’t there , I believe he is overseas so his older brother was in charge , I brought my own oil and he still made me pay full price , when I gave him the money I usually pay he threw it on the hood of my car and start screaming shouting very unprofessional behavior unacceptable, he has anger issues , money hungry, I was trying to explain to him that his brother charges me less when I bring my own oil he refused to listen, I was trying to tell him that I’ve been a loyal customer since 2014 but he refused to acknowledge that and threaten me to call the police , I’m still shocked ,please stay away from this business their oil is garbage, not sealed , your engine will be destroyed and if you bring your own oil they will still charge you full price ,they don’t make sense , if you see something say something that’s why I will report them to mobile Q lube headquarter as well as Filing a complaint with the local consumer protection office. I will be Notifying the Better Business Bureau (BBB) in my area about this problem. The BBB will try to resolve complaints against them.I also have experienced a scam, that’s why I will report them to the FTC. Scammer, overpriced poor quality product and service. They will Charge you 5 star price for one star service and products .

They are good and friendly people, but not about cars to be honest, I took my car to them for oil change and my car that needs 6 liters of oil, a large of 5 and a small one of 1 liter. In the end, they charged me $60 even though I brought them the 5 liters and the filter. The problem is that they didn’t put all the oil in and they charged me. They picked up the 1 liter and they told me this is yours from what's left, and the rest of the oil was filled by me, when I left them.

This junk garage charge you as a 5 star service and give you just 1 star service , they are overpriced not clean , refill an empty gallon with oil, never get back again ,the under engine cover never get back as well, shame on you
