Has about anything you need. Handi cap parking. Easy access to automatic doors doors. Has bathrooms,garden center, outdoor construction supply area. Elevator,or use the escalators. There's 2-3 handi cap power carts. A clean place that's well stocked. You can usually find someone to help you. Bring your propane tank in for a refill , which is cheaper then an exchange. You can use your Menards rebate card to pay for propane filling. They also sell food,such as milk ,bread,ice cream ,meats. Etc.

I come here quite often and there are a couple of employees who go above and beyond. I don't have the woman's name, but will endeavor to update my review with it next time. Eric helped me today by listening to my rambling explanation of a problem and he came up with a great "thinking-outside-the-box" solution that I am excited about imementing. Thanks, Menards, Eric and the helpful woman, too!
P.s. I love that you carry some food items to save an extra trip, or for those days when you're too busy to eat and can grab something to stave off the hunger.

This place is horrible! The general manager seemed miserable. We spent four and a half hours in this place trouble finding any help! In the end they try to arrest the person I was with for smelling a couple of the body sprays. What a real hole!!!! I would never recommend this place to anyone.

My experience with Moe in the flooring department was nothing short of appalling. His attitude was downright atrocious; he was rude, dismissive, and clearly did not want to help anyone. When I approached him with questions, he acted as though I was a burden and made me feel unwelcome. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. Management needs to take immediate action to address this shocking behavior.

This Menards is great. It is enormous and has two floors! You can easily bring your cart upstairs by people mover or elevator. They have everything here, and the staff is usually kind. They will try to help you find whatever you're looking for. I think this is a great place to come when summer hits because they have so many projects that you can do during summer and things you never knew you needed.

The worst experience ever with their delivery.
I had to pay $118.56 for delivery and when I asked the driver to bring everything from the alley on the back of my house (wider entrance), he said that he couldn't drive through because all the material was sideway on the truck so he left all the material on the street in front of my house and it took me an hour to bring everything inside. Plus most of the studs and post that came in are all damaged. I think that they don't care too much about quality for shipping orders.
Once I mentioned the issue with the customer service (Agnes - Jocelyn / Bridgeview Store), the response was that the delivery is done through third party so doesn't concern them at all.
AWFUL AWFUL Customer Service.
I am done with Menards and I will recommend everyone else to purchase material from Home Depot. Way cheaper on delivery costs and attention to the customer needs.

Had a wonderful experience at this menards,I went to purchase some siding for my home and I was greeted by this young man Alex who worked in building materials.He helped me find everything I needed and actually cared about my time in the store making everything quick and easy.
