Went to Luxury Motors to get information/quotes when I was in Illinois. Had no problems with the salesperson (I forgot their name.) They did not push me to buy a car, answered my questions, and even told me about car loans. I came out satisfied.

I worked with Jordan and they helped me get a sedan to help with a friend who was moving downstate. I was a first-time buyer. They helped me with the overall process, explained my payment options, and made me feel comfortable. They also had translators for Espanol too, which was helpful. Recommend.

Car broke down after a month , needed a new engine, a bunch of other fixes. Can’t trust a small dealership ever again. So much money and time has gone to waste because of this car.

My experience here was quite good... until the car showed up on the truck. I bought a car from this business at the end of March 2024. I am out of state and had it shipped. Jordan was my salesperson and he was truly excellent. Incredibly helpful, efficient, friendly, and showed up right on time to our virtual appointment. He contacted me almost immediately and we had a deal done by the end of the day. It did feel like he didn't have any experience with the car and that our appointment was the first time getting in it. Didn't know a whole lot about it, though was honest about what he did know was wrong (or totally fooled me). The problems with this business are more top down. There is someone here who drove my car with the engine trying to shake itself out of the engine bay (motor mounts were completely flat). Someone knew that the car was a smoker's special. Someone inspected the tires and saw that two were good, one fine, and one totally bald. Someone drove it and felt the strong pull to the right, the clunky suspension, the intermittent throttle delay. Someone came to work one day and saw it not sitting level (leaking air strut). I won't keep going on. All of this neatly skirts the 15 day 500 mile warranty. None of this information seemed to make it to the ad or to Jordan (or I was totally fooled by him). Used cars are just that - used - They have issues, that's fine. Just be honest with me. That's all I ask. This business is yet another typical used car dealership with typical shady buisness practices. Pretty unimpressed, don't think I'll be handing out their business cards. HOWEVER, Jordan was great and the issue he did mention - wrinkly leather armrest- was fixed when the car arrived. I will always try to thank people for going above and beyond and he did. That's great and thank you, Jordan. He alone brought this business an extra star.
