I stopped by Jerusalem jewelry while I was visiting my friends in Chicago. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I bought a beautiful bracelet for my wife. Left there feeling like they had my best interest as a customer. Found out they didn't. They give customers a deal when paying with cash and I didnt know this. Tried to go back and adjust, but it was too late. I will give them credit in that they attempted to rectify the situation but were unsuccessful.

If you unknowingly buy a cheaply made product (from their store online) and it breaks the first time you wear it, then they offer you half the price for it when your family are all big customers here for years.... Very disappointing and not a smart move business wise.
