Got my car towed there to be fixed was told estimate was $600-$700. I gave them the thumbs up to go ahead n fix it. I waited for about 3 weeks to a month then finally was told it's ready. Came in bill was $650 ok. A couple of days later it was doing the same thing. I showed up a couple of times owner wasn't there, the 3rd time he was there but told me he was very busy and sent out a a different guy, i told the guy that my oil light kept flashing and that my car was doing the same thing before i got it fixed by them. He told me to get an oil change n i told him i just got my oil changed like 2 months ago and after the oil change i barely drove the car bc it was broken so why would i need an oil change he just shrugged his shoulders and said well it's an old car so idk what to tell you and walked off. Went back to see owner but was told he was gone n to come back tommorow. Next day i get there n he tells me he will take a ride with me to see what the problem could be and to come back at 4pm, i returned and then he said he had no time and that he had to leave. Seriously this place is horrible and has bad mechanics who can't do their job and don't care. Owner is a joke and should be arrested for stealing money claiming a car is fixed and not taking responsibility for his employees work. All the employees drink alcohol the job too. I will be reporting this business.

J & J repaired some damages to my car, and they did an amazing job, my car looks great, I was very satisfied with the work and the outcome. I truly recommend for any car body work needed. They were nice and very personable. Olga Sivek Oak Lawn, Il.

Over charged me very much for parts times three what at normal shop would be , didn't take car for a test drive said its all done and it was still broken did one of my axel when two comes when u buy it even at autozone , very poor service not sure if they didn't take some parts from my car for themselves

My boyfriend bought a car from these guys just about over a month ago and they claimed they just had to repair one thing and detail it, which they said would take about a week. It's been well over a month and they haven't finished and something new just keeps popping up that they have to "fix". Their rental cars are no good. Do they think my boyfriends family just has 3 cars for everyone to drive? It should not take this long for them to finish a car and sell it to customers, especially when someone is excited about getting a new car. Extremely disappointed in their service.
