First of all, even he did not deserve one star...........
This man whose name Haytham is the worst nasty individual that I have never seen before. He is coward more than chicken, he hiding himself there behind the chairs and let the girls talk when you call him and you will hear a bad tone and he pushed them to do that. He is thief and do not trust him, will promise you and say I will do that for you and after one month will say I am still working on it. He steal the money and he did not achieve your job and that happened with me twice. He is thief and lack of honor. He did not deserve even one star, but I have to chose one to post my comment on that nasty individual named Haythem. Neve trust him and never call him, he hides himself and let the girls there answer the phone with not good tone and he listening to that talk, his planning to trouble the people and accuse them. When you will face that, go directly and call the police and report that to the police against Nasty Haithem. He has no morals and no ethics, the same of those who live in the streets or those who live in the streets a way better than haythem. He charged me $1180,00 and did not achieve my work at all. He knew that this will not achieved, but just to steal the money from other people and them hide himself and did not answer the phone. He is a chicken and liar. Do not trust this guy a man, and it is shame to call him a guy, he is a coward and thief without morals, ethics and lack of honor. Using the nastiest words in his talk like the barbaric individual. I will not name him as a human being never ever, and you will see that when you will go there.

Where do I begin with my problems in this location ... they were only helpful on my initial visit now it's been a few months since then and all I've been trying to do is get help regarding the 1099 form's and tax process ... my tax agent was Tim Hashlamoun and I've tried getting a return call from him and it's been over a week ... and the lady who answered my call took my information and said she would pass it on to Tim Hashlamoun and it's been over a week and no return call then I called again and I get the same lady and I made it known I was annoyed by the fact that she said he was there so I'm thinking we'll than he doesn't want to talk to me for whatever reason I don't know ... but it seems racists to me that the lady asked for my name and seemed by her voice that okay I'm not important enough to get back to me ... it's disappointing for them to treat me a Mexican like this knowing all of them are also minorities ... I'm very disappointed by this and I guess I'll need to find me some other tax agent and from the vibes they gave me it has to be one of my kind a Hispanic agent ... again originally the service was great 5 star but since they got they're money it's like screw you now ... again I'm very disappointed with how they treated me very unprofessional

I have been with many accounting offices in the past . What I really like about this office they work as a team with a one line of communication and the main manager Tim is in the Top of everything I do have 4 companies and I did decoy for them all my friends to go by them they are the best and they will solve all your tax problems right on the spot I grantee it that just tell them I told you so ?

Horrible services if your Latino they will ignore you completely even if you call they will pretend to be friendly but all they do is answer the phone cause they have to but they are only gonna completely ignore you they don't care for the Latino customer's ...

Very unprofessional, was not willing to proceed with my application and when asked why was told the manager adviced that I go where I originally filed. They do not want to do their job, and have you schedule appointments for no reason because it ALWAYS empty in there. I will never return to this location.

Scam scam scam scam, if i can give zero stars I would. First and foremost I went in for an extension, which I knew prior to this I could have done my self online completely free but I figured I'd give it a shot to get my taxes done in the same day. The day I go, somehow I got in, and the lady who helped me out was not even an accountant. Soon after she informed me I was missing a document and I must file an extension, she said that no matter where I go the extension will be $100... I was puzzled but I took her word since apparently she's an accountant , they charged my credit card $100 and they lied to me. The $100 they charged was fraud since it is free to file an extension.
