STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE BANK!!!By far the worst bank I've ever dealt with. I did a mobile check deposit for $540 dollars, and I called to see when the funds would be available. Waited 45 minutes on hold to talk to a person and they spoke to me like I was an idiot. They said because it was such a "LARGE CHECK" that the funds wouldn't be available for EIGHT DAYS. If a bank considers $540 a LARGE CHECK...That is scary. They charge ATM fees at random times, causing me to be overdrawn on my account.... THEN they remove the fee! People in the 3 locations I go to are ridiculously slow, and rude. At the Bridgeview location, some of the people that work there are from my original Bridgeview Bank (which was awesome) They were always nice and smiling.... Since ONB took over, everyone seems MISERABLE. It's like they have been turned into ONB Zombies. I should have left a long time ago. Leaving now!!!

The Bank doesn’t answer the phones in a prompt manner. Since the takeover of old national, everything thing went down hill.

I come into the bank for a debit card and ask how long the wait will be. The bank teller literally shrugs and says I don't know. It depends on how long the other customers take. Just write your name down on the white paper up front. If it takes too long just leave.. My advice- this is my second time here. The wait times are always ridiculous. Cross train your tellers. Better utilize your own staff.*** update the tellers are literally talking about Chinese food while I'm waiting for assistance. The one really enjoys chicken fried rice. She's trying to convince the other teller to try some shrimp. The other teller is hesitant, but the the chicken fried rice loving teller is insistent. "Just ask them to let you try it. Just say you want to try one."**update to the updateI'm being helped 25 minutes later and Angie had a bit of an attitude but was nice at the end

LITERALLY THE WOOORRRSSSSST bank I have ever had to deal with. Like most adults I don’t get home till after 4 and they are only open till 5pm and 12pm on Saturday so there’s barely anytime to TRY to get in contact with them! And their customer care line closes too and I couldn’t leave a voice mail! AND !!! They just charged me their ATM fees from JULY!!! Then they charged me an overdraft fee because their ATM fees, that they charged me for MONTHS later, overdrafted me!!! ANNDDD I was NEVER informed that they would be taking ATM fees out anytime I didn’t use their atm!! Seriously thinking about withdrawing my account. It’s crazy, they don’t care about their customers at all.

What a joke of a bank..Since they took over they closed my local branch. Their custom service is terrible. The call center said they don't have time to listen to voicemails or respond to call. However the send you letters with phone numbers that go straight to voicemail. They give you incorrect fax numbers. Awful banking group

Well, this is still the worst run bank I have ever seen. This is the 2nd time we went in to access our lockbox and stood there for 15 minutes. Finally, I went up to a teller and asked if she could please let us in our lockbox. She replied "I'll be over there when I'm finished here." There were 3 tellers in the bank and no customers at this time, so I have no idea what she needed to finish. Finally a different girl came and let us in our box. When we were finished we had to hunt down someone to help us again. When this was Bridgeview Bank they had a dedicated person for the lockboxes and you never had to stand around and wait for help. This place has absolutely NO customer service. When the payment on our lockbox comes due again, we are pulling all our money out of this bank and transferring our box to First Secure Bank. They know what customer service is.

Since First Midwest Bank took over Bridgeview bank on 79th an Harlem it sucks the people are mostly the same but they just got mean. An the service is slow an thay took the penny account away and made it into another savings account and i got two accounts all ready . Then charge you for not having enough in it. An have to many fees. I most likely will go to a different bank sooner or later
