The Bank doesn’t answer the phones in a prompt manner. Since the takeover of old national, everything thing went down hill.

This bank is terrible doesn't even doesn't even answer the phone this is the worst bank I've ever dealt with I'm sorry I love Bridgeview and hate this Bank
