HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY IGNORE AND LIE TO THEIR CUSTOMER!
I would rate this business with zero stars if I could. I have been calling this business for 1 month and no-one cares to call me back with an answer to my question in regards to fixing my car! I have called the owner Eddie, then Romeo, then the secretary, then Eddie's daughter and they all promised me they will call me back with an answer but they never do! I have left many messages too but nobody cares to call back. I have been a customer there before and to be treated like that is very rude and wrong. They think only their time is important and they keep lying to the customer that they will call back but they ignore you. To make it worse the last time I called there the secretary rudely hung up on me. And all this for me trying to be patient all these weeks to fix my car so I can give them business! DO NOT GO THERE. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH RUDE LIARS!

completely incompetent. I dropped my car off for them to simply replace a bumper and was rudely yelled at and informed to pick up my car without warning because they couldn’t install the new bumper. they even have you look up and order all the parts on your own with no help. customer service was heavy on the european, being extremely rude and unprofessional & lacking american courtesy. I was randomly ordered to pick up my car that they never fixed, with no forewarning ahead of time to plan accordingly & make arrangements for a ride ahead of time as most decent places do.Edit in response to Owner: I don’t know who Suad is, but I feel compelled to respond now since you did. I am entitled to my anonymity in reviewing the service or lack there of, that I received from your establishment. Clearly this is a pattern of behavior and you must treat more than one customer in this manner to suspect I’m this other individual. I provided a fair review and constructive criticism based on my experience that I simply recounted.This isn’t even a proper apology, this is a 1 star apology. Sincere apologies don’t start with “Sorry but…” and proceed to list excuses blaming the individual that was wronged for your behavior. Apologies include taking full accountability for your actions, accepting the constructive criticism, and adjusting your business practices accordingly so as to ensure this isn’t repeated in the future. This poor response just proves my case in point on how you treat people and my review still stands. Just take the L and move on.

Bad treatment and their dates are false and does not give you the right to work. I had a bad experience and the delivery date was three weeks late, and the work was not as well as I returned the vehicle to them and he did not do his work and demanded wages higher than what he said
