This place is terrible to bank with. Even worse to work for. The managers are horrible and I would not recommend ever banking with them! Ever!!!!! Referring to the one on Harlem! If I could give 0 stars I would. One star is too much for them!!!!

I can only laugh at the incompetence.I went to the Byline in Oak Lawn and they cashed my bond. Can supervisors and associates be retrained and coached on standards and regulations of bonds, please? Knowledge is lacking. Good thing the Oak Lawn and Tinley Park branches are not.

Just depositing.I'll never be totally happy, ok I guess.I had Archer bank who I loved. They sold to North Community who sold to Byline.Byline is leasing or selling alot of buildings including the one behind me in Bridgeview.I bought my place in 1998. Residential and Archer bank.Now behind me is Techicraft. It's an impound and body shop.I have another in front of me that's a body shop.These places are engulfing my block with wrecked cars. Looks like a junkyard.Thanks Byline

We tried to open account, but unfortunately they didn’t. We have passport and form I-94 from border instead visa, which show that we are legally in USA. But they refused us to open account in bank without visa in passport. We tried to get a list of requirements for new costumers which papers are needed to open new account, but they also refused to give it to us. Manager explained the same, that they can’t open account without visa, though we have I-94 form. The same situation was in 5/3 Bank and TCF Bank.But fortunately Bank of America opened account for us without any problems, the bank employee was great, he was very professional, he did his job without any consultations with manager!I hope in the future Byline bank will change his policy for migrants!

Byline bank is a huge problem, it still limits access to online banking. They remove checks deposited by mobile, I lost a lot of money, they removed the checks I have paid which I can not find now. It's a mistake, what is it, where they came from !!!!

Best service ever! I had to get a ton of paperwork together to apply for Medicaid benefits for my 89 year old mom who has dementia. I needed copies of statements (mom had 4 different accts) for every month in last 5 years, copies of checks, CDs, etc. And I had to go back several times for more info. These personal bankers greeted me with a smile, and stopped what thet were doing to research and make a gazillion copies. And were patient and kind. Other institutes that I needed info from were horrible to me and wanted to charge me for every copy and signature.
