These young kids these days have poor communication skills. Sad part about it is that technology is the problem. More and more that we use technology the less humans have to communicate with each other and be polite with one another. These kids play video games all night long cussing each other out while shooting each other in virtual reality Games. And I do not know how to act in real life.

They have terrible customer service especially when it comes to later in the night for drive through. They make you feel unwelcome even when you are being nice with them.

Just terrible service that man was so rude asked him about 2 order and he said no and we didn't hear him so we sorry didn't hear you and then he was like that what I said no so we were like let's just order anyways food was decent but service was bad really

Sat through the drive thru for 10 minutes just to get an attitude from the girl over the speaker. I understand how it is to work in customer service, especially when there is plenty of cars in a drive thru. However. I was friendly, clear about my order, and stopped when she asked me to (so she could type in the order). I don't feel that there was any reason for her to show the disrespect that she did, or to sigh just because I asked for extra sauce with my food. I usually go here after work for food, and I have to say that this is by far the worst customer service that I've had here. I get the same order every time I come here, and am always friendly because I do understand it is later in the evening when I go to the drive thru. I was even going to ask how her night was at the window, and received attitude the second she opened up the window. A job is a job, but I don't deserve disrespect for ordering food.

I went to the Wendy's in Bradley on rt50 at 12ish to get something to eat. Not only were the nuggets old and not very warm, my sandwich was completely wrong! I ordered a $6 biggie bag and ordered a chicken BLT. I got a chicken sandwich with lettuce and cheese on it! So I tried to call. I called 3 times and waited for someone to pick up, each times I was hung up on. Also did not receive a receipt with my change. So I'll be calling the manager tomorrow to let them know how there night workers treat there customers!

First, I want to compliment the young lady working the counter, Jayla! She was very courteous and helpful. It has been quite some time since my husband and I have been at a Wendy's and we weren't familiar with some of the newer menu items. She took the time to describe what they were and how they were made. Second, our food was fresh and HOT! It was very good! Last, and certainly not least!! The restaurant was CLEAN. The tables. The floors. The chairs. We were very happy with our trip!!
