Worst customer service. Rented and paid for unit online. Never able to access unit. Couldn't get past the gate. Called the number online several times for 2 days, left multiple messages and never received a response. Highly recommend that no one EVER rent from this place.

Awesome customer service. I had an issue with getting set up and paying for services but, they fixed everything for me! I was a pain in the butt but they were extremely courteous amd professional. Quick to answer via FB Messenger and fixed all issues! We are grateful and happy!

Accesible 24 hours a day and a good location. The staff is professional and easy to work with and you can manage and pay your account online!
