Very upset with this store, the customer service is terrible, I tried to return a lawn mower and first they sent me to two places for inspection, and when I took the report, they told me that they could not refund the money for the mower. My husband and I always shop at Menards and this is the first time this has happened, I just want to remind you that we are the customer!!!!

Doesnt install gas appliances , told me i had to hire a contractor. and quoted me over a month for delivery of appliances.

Set a delivery and they sent half the order, parts were damaged and the count was wrong. When told the order was wrong, they told me I could pay for an additional delivery if I'd like and that it seemed I was lying, that they wouldn't do something like that anyway. An absolute disaster for logistics and management. Don't waste your time or money here.

Prices are pretty good compared to their competitors. Their shelves are always filled and stocked very well. If you need it for the house, more them likely Menards will have it for you. Everyone is always willing to help.

Stocking and cleanliness are generally under control. Many of the department managers can help you, but often the stockers aren't as knowledgeable. Great place for hardware, material, supplies, etc. Not always the best option for tools, particularly if you are looking to match power tool battery lines. They don't carry many larger name power tools.

I was looking for a round over but for my router, and a gentlemen named Blake stocking the shelves took time to help me. His professionalism and helpful tips and tricks for the project I was working on was unmatched, and when he didn't have the answer he wasn't too ashamed to admit it, and even sought out the helpful advice of another employee who had the answer. Blake, you have a very bright future ahead of you. I hope to see more of you in the future
