I have been buying furniture from here for years. I just bought a two piece living room set and absolutely love it. None of the furniture have failed me yet. I will continue to shop here. Sonja always help me and give me great suggestions.

Sonya is nice and very personable which makes for a chill shopping experience! The delivery company is terribly rude and disrespectful! They lack professionalism to the full extent and because of the delivery service, they have lost my business.

Two stars so far with a plus and a minus. 1.5 would be more accurate. Platform bed with drawers purchased.They didn't call to say that one had come in but we'll let that go. Price OK with delivery and set up included. Plus is that they actually came when they said they would. Minus is that a blind guy, apparently, did the set up as the drawers don't open and close worth a diddily. It was so obviously wrong, how could you leave it like that? Not only that they did not take away the large amount of trash and I found drawer track pieces in the trash that I had to somehow try and get rid of. So I will upgrade the review if they actually come back like they said they would. Let's hope.... It shouldn't be like that....

Staff was very friendly, helpful- but gave us space to browse comfortably. The sales lady who helped us pick our new couch explained everything openly and helped arrange same-week delivery! Super satisfied with my experience!

friendly, but not impressed with the selection. most couches are only available as a set, which is frustrating. that's not something i see at other stores, leading me to decide not to go through them.

Spend the extra money and go a legit furniture store. The quality of our $2000 sectional is complete garbage. There’s staples falling off of seams. The cushions are so overstuffed that zippers are popping off and then understuffed on adjacent cushions that they are completely flat. The frames do not align like they should… I could go on and on. Do not buy from here!

I went in to Mega Furniture on Thursday January 20th. I walked around the store for almost 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. The salesperson was sitting at a desk chatting it up with a friend and drinking coffee. She never said I'll be right with you or anything. I had $2,000 in my pocket to spend but after not being acknowledged, I just left the store.

My loveseat was damaged on arrival I've been waiting over 5 months to replace it along with missing parts for my reclining chair.
