I am extremely disappointed with the service my family member received at your store. They were to racial profiled and were told not to speak Spanish. This behavior is completely unacceptable and discriminatory. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of their language and background. I urge you to address this issue immediately and ensure that your staff is properly trained to treat all customers fairly to prevent this from happening to anyone.

They generally have everything you need. But as we all know, with these big chain stores, if you're a novice, it's all about the luck of the draw when it comes to help. I've had everything from knowledgeable staff to employees that wouldn't know a screw from a hole in the ground. And sometimes, downright rude and uninterested employees. And you can't tell by looking either.

I went for a microwave, recessed medicine cabinet, and a bathtub surround. Went to appliances and was waiting for the associate. He asked what I was looking for. I said a microwave, and he said they are right there, behind me. He then said if I needed one, he'd go grab it. I needed help finding one that would work for my dimensions. Couldn't find anyone in the bath area for help getting a medicine cabinet down. The appliance guy came to the bathroom to see if I needed help appliances now, and I left due to a lack of help/ customer service. They don't take returns without receipt, but menards does. I will never be back to lowes again.
