Pretty sure they screwed me on my return also still haven't received anything after turbo tax and multiple other companies have already sent people returns looking into it now I'd not recommend them

Super easy. Jacob was super cool and easy to get along with. They made it easy for me to just drop off my stuff, (I had to do two years) and come thr next day to sign Because I work nights.
