I have worked with Security on the complete renovation of the home we recently purchased. I must give a shout out to the two people who made our transformation come true. Roger has not only helped with all door replacements, but also been my go to guy for advice the people on who can help with construction. Heather, has created miracles in her kitchen and bath designs for us. She truly listened to what was important to me and completely transformed these two crucial areas, always with concern for the project budget. Working with the Security Lumber team made what could have been a grueling experience, a joy!

Just getting started working with Security Lumber but I'm happy with them so far. The person that was helping me seems very knowledgeable and I can tell she has been doing this for a long time. I am impressed that one of the options she suggested sounds like a better idea than what I had in mind even though it would mean less money for the store on this project.

I went to franks appliance because I thought I would get better service from a local company. Not from this company anyway!!! I was very specific I wanted a washer that was for heavy duty clothing my husband gets very dirty at work. The employee insisted that speed queen even though more expensive than all the other brands would be what I was asking for, I purchased it. I think it's garbage it doesn't clean anything!!! my family is even breaking out I'm guessing because our towels, wash cloths and bedding are not getting clean. I showed them a ring of dirt on jeans I washed twice that didn't come out they said they would give me a cheaper washer if I would pay more I feel scammed and a friend had a similar experience w Best Buy and they took full care of her at no cost till she was happy. I will NEVER buy from franks again nor will my family. It's almost like they did not care what I was asking for and just sold me the most expensive washer they had. Terrible business in my opinion
