I've gone to the Bourbonnais location for 5+ years and never disappointed. Friday 8/11/23, I called for an emergency appointment to get a flat tire fixed. Got there 15 minutes from the time I called. The service desk greated me, and got paperwork going. The repair staff pulled my vehicle in within 10 minutes. 30 minutes later, my car was pulled up to the front with tire fixed and installed.The service desk thanked me for coming there and I was on my way home. I got there on short notice and the service was excellent. Thank you Goodyear for the staff at this location. Always meet expectations!

Friendly staff. But dropping my car off at 10am should not take till 6pm close to change 2 tires and diagnose a loose tie rod. Literally I could drove to Chicago heights and been home at 11am. Lots empty on drop off and pick up.Also diagnosis given was the wrong side. I found the proper side which was simply to tighten the nut there was no cotter pin.Quoted for a new tie rod this one was only 3 years old. Never ever again.

Great place for service. Stopped by just before closing with low tire. Jeff was able to get it filled and said bring it back and we will check it. Brought it back couple days later, he checked it out, tire was fine. Always bring my cars to Goodyear for great service.
