Shop here before buying everyday items anywhere else, they've got it cheaper & idc if all items are from another country, it's more $ 4 my family & my kids pick out items w/o having 2 check prices & me saying "no".

Dollar Tree really up there game. There getting really nice items in all departments. There getting the stock out. The store's looking really nice. Some of the employees go above and beyond.

This isn't exactly about service, but about the management.I went in today and while checking out, I witnessed a manager reprimanding a diabetic worker, with the door open for everyone to hear. I couldn't hear all of it, but the manager was talking to her in a horrible tone and was not being very understanding at all.I am diabetic, I have family that's diabetic. It is no joke, you can feel fine and then suddenly feel like you're going to pass out. Everything can mess with your blood sugar. It infuriates me that the manager did not at all seem caring, and furthermore divulged this woman's medical information and embarrassed her by reprimanding her where everyone can hear.I have called corporate, and I called the store. A male manager proceeded to talk over me and divulged further about this woman's medical history when I tried complaining about what I heard. He kept saying they didn't do that, but they did. I heard it and saw it.The management needs retraining, and I hope that woman finds a different job with more caring staff. I will not be returning.

I just want to say thank you to the lady at the register for her poor customer service! The lady was very rude and not a pleasant person to be around. I went there with 41 dollars and as I was shopping money took out of my account leaving me 31. And more items than that would be covered by that. I needed to pick which things I needed the most today until I get paid in a couple of days. Well I told her I had to cancel my order, take the stuff out of bags and refigure out what I need. I apologized for if I ruined her day with this. Well she got snippy with me and told me “I’d be better if you put all your stuff back and left.” I said well I’m sorry I’m not rich and have bills to pay, something took out unexpectedly. Well she wasn’t happy and basically told me it has nothing to do with being rich. Like lady I know I was just talking in general cause I was embarrassed. But the whole time her and the lady behind me gave me dirty looks and an attitude. If I come back and she’s still here, I’ll take my money to the Kankakee one. Because at least fake being happy.
