This place has always washed my Kia beauty so nice! Leaving my beauty SO sparkling & CLEAN CLEAN! The wax really draws out the color of my car. Leaving my car fresh and shiny for weeks. Great place for a clean fresh pristine finish! They also have sections to vacuum your car out also! This is the spot! Check em out!

Just got a new phone and the app won’t let me use the monthly wash club that I have been paying for over a year now. I walk inside to ask for help and the manager Marco tells the employee over the phone that I need to delete the app on my old phone and they will not give me a wash today even though their app is the problem. The employee even confirmed that everything is paid already. I canceled on the spot, terrible customer service. Cannot recommend a company that won’t help a customer when their janky app has an issue. Will issue a charge back as well.

We have had nothing but good experiences and great customer service and absolutely excellent vehicle service.
We got screwed over by Walmart with our lug nuts…Walmart put the wrong size lug nut on my vehicle that seized up and another key lug not seized up and Walmart broke the key. We were turned down by Discount Tire along with every other place….
EXCEPT BIG EXPRESS!! Not only did they fix both lug nuts and got them off but they did it for FREE!! I will from now on forever be bringing my vehicles to BIG EXPRESS and spending my hard earned money here because THEY CARE WHEN OTHERS DONT!

To be honist, I started out bad mouthing this place because I lost a factory emblem in the wash. The kid working there said " we will have to wait until there is no cars needing to be washed then I can look for it" not even 5 minutes later he says he can't find it, even though I know the cars never stopped coming.I called the number on the card and it went to voicemail. I left a 1 star review, which I have taken down because Marco the Manager got a hold of me and made this right. I appreciate his professional effort to correct my problem.

Best car wash in town for sure. Service department does a good job and helped me with cutting and programming a key for my Toyota. Only thing is that I wish they could get the key faster. It took 3 days.

Went there yesterday to have oil change n tires rotated. Only to walk out to car today Sunday and oil everywhere on top of that my tires weren't even rotated and fluids such as washer fluid wasn't even refilled.. will not be returning thank you to Manteno Quick Lube for being open on a Sunday and helping this girl out much better service. Not only was the o ring left off they also put in wrong filter. on left was wrong filter on rt correct one.

I went in to get an oil change they act like they did my oil change didn’t put a new sticker in my window made me pay for the oil change. Then I got home my oil light came back on couldn’t come right back because I had to work now my car has oil leaking when I park. Worse experience they is a rip off
